Buy a license

• To buy a Mappt license, please create an account on the Mappt Portal by clicking the button below
• You will receive a license code to activate your copy of Mappt, just go to the Activate License item from the Settings menu in Mappt and enter the code (requires internet connection to activate). After this, you may use Mappt in online or offline mode.

Renew your Mappt license

• To renew your Mappt license, log on to your account via the Mappt Licensing Portal here.

To deactivate your Mappt license

• To suspend or cancel your Mappt license, log on to your account via the Mappt Licensing Portal here
• You may cancel your license and then reactivate it at a later date
• Note: if you have purchased a license using the Google Play Store, you will need to manage this via the Google Play account used to subscribe to Mappt.

To  deactivate your Mappt account

If you wish to delete your Mappt account permanently,

• Email us at [email protected]
• Use the email address that you have used to subscribe to Mappt
• Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject line of the email.

Important Notes on Account Deletion

• Account deletion is permanent and non-recoverable; you will lose any license keys still active and any records of previous purchases.
• If you have multiple licenses active on the account, you will lose all license keys for that account.
• You will need to recreate any account in future should you wish to use Mappt again.
• We may confirm the deletion of your account with you after it is complete.
• We will retain any transaction records as required by law for business records in accordance with our Privacy Policy
